POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

Thank you much for choosing us for your lash and beauty services.

We also wanted to take a moment to remind you of our new cancellation policy. 

AS A SALON THAT TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN OUR SERVICES WE DO NOT DO LASH SETS ONTOP OF PREVIOUS WORK FROM OUTSIDE LASH SERVICES. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH TOP QUALITY LASHES.
A REMOVAL AND CLEANSE MAY BE REQUIRED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENTS TO SECURE BOOKING AND PREVENT NO SHOWS. IF YOU ARE TO CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. HOWEVER YOU MAY RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS BEFORE IF URGENT.

Thank you So much for choosing us for your lash and beauty services. We also wanted to take a moment to remind you of our new cancellation policy. First, we want to let you know that this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and ensures that you keep the commitment to yourself. The reality is that we have been getting a lot of last minute cancellations in one of our busiest times of the year and many of our clients have not been able to book appointments due to the high volume of our bookings. This policy dramatically decreases no-shows, missed appointments, and short-notice cancellations. It is this type of consistency that ensures great results for our clients. A cancellation policy is also important for us as a small business. When you make an appointment with your lash artist, we reserve that time for you and our lash artist spends time preparing for your session. When a client cancels on short notice, it is very difficult (and many times impossible) for us to make a connection with another client who could possibly take that appointment. We hope you understand that we spend time regularly discussing this topic because we never want to institute policies that can potentially upset our clients our number one priority is customer service. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

A $30 Lash Deposit is required within 24 hours to secure booking, We do not hold appointments until received.
A $50 Cosmetic Tattoo Deposit is required within 24 hours to secure booking, We do not hold appointments until received.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, we will text and confirm your service appointments 1-2 business day prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
