Thank you much for choosing us for your lash and beauty services. We also wanted to take a moment to remind you of our new cancellation policy.
WE DO NOT WORK OTHER LASH ARTIST WORK. IF YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LASHES ON FROM A PREVIOUS LASH TECH. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ME TO REMOVE AND CLEAN YOUR LASHES.
IF YOU CANCEL DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. & YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT WHEN SCHEDULING A NEW APPOINTMENT.

Thank you So much for choosing us for your lash and beauty services. We also wanted to take a moment to remind you of our new cancellation policy. First, we want to let you know that this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and ensures that you keep the commitment to yourself. The reality is that we have been getting a lot of last minute cancellations in one of our busiest times of the year and many of our clients have not been able to book appointments due to the high volume of our bookings. This policy dramatically decreases no-shows, missed appointments, and short-notice cancellations. It is this type of consistency that ensures great results for our clients. A cancellation policy is also important for us as a small business. You see, when you make an appointment with your lash artist, we reserve that time for you. Your lash artist spends time preparing for your session and some of our staff drive quite a distance to be here for you. When a client cancels on short notice, it is very difficult (and many times impossible) for us to make a connection with another client who could possibly take that appointment. That time then becomes lost and the revenues and loss to the trainers’ income cannot be recovered. We hope you understand that we spend time regularly discussing this topic because we never want to institute policies that can potentially upset our clients our number one priority is customer service. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
As a courtesy, we will text and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
